How stupid can people be. Do they know that they can buy a jug of rubbing alcohol and some aloe vera lotion, google the correct ratio to mix and have the same thing. Hell, rubbing your hands with Listerine will work since it's 65% alcohol. But you can get other brands pretty much anywhere,from small bottles to gallon jugs. This falls under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, which is a civil statute. The violation is classified as a "minor misdemeanor" and carries a fine of up to $5,000 per day for each violation. A court would probably count each day they sold the stuff at excessive prices in making this calculation. Each sale would be a separate violation. The court can also order refunds to customers and a class action suit is a possibility, but not likely since the AG is seeking refunds. We will get by. We will get by. We will get by.
