Apparently this is still unconfirmed but if true I don't think there are many threatening positions out there. I've found his demeanor to be pretty calm and quiet most of the time. Occasionally he does get really tough on his players, but they seem to respond well. Probably because they only have 12 teams instead of 30 and their season starts in about six weeks.
