I don't know about the competition, but this guy does a little bit of everything for his team. Definitely can catch the ball and can penetrate on defense-fair number of sacks shown. I like multitalented guys like this who are quick enough to be a shooting guard on his bb team.

Competition is Division 4 Region 12. They made the playoffs last season.

Their regular season league isn't that good that is a solid playoff region though.
