Why does this recruiting class have no talent from South Florida (Heart of hs football)?

Maxwell Howell and Javon Hagan at CB and S combine to make a great recruiting pull from Florida.

These two have the size and speed to contribute immediately in the defensive backfield.

I've seen crazier things happen.
