Looks cool, but will their hundred fans appreciate it?

IMO when we get our new scoreboard it better be that size or bigger. Go big or go home. We need to take the next step.

They'll have a really nice screen to show UM and MSU games on. Of course, the computer-generated fans in the stands will be able to watch them on their Google glasses anyway.

Reminds me of the videos the Browns released when they upgraded their stadium. It looked great and the physical improvements were as advertised, but they still have the number one pick in the NFL draft tomorrow night.

My thoughts, in no particular order, as I look at this:
1. EMU does have a very nice stadium. It probably could seat as many at 30,000, and it is clean and structurally sound.
2. I'm pretty sure that the IPF is not there now, so it's not just the screen that is new. I vaguely remember practice fields or ball fields over there.
3. Presuming that the IPF is supposed to look like a factory, and the field is supposed to look like a parking lot, they have accomplished that. The field was green when I was there.
4. The artist's rendering doesn't appear to be very accurate, as it shows fans in the stands. Even the artist, though, didn't have the audacity to make the stands appear completely full.

I saw some footage in their stadium on one of those best blunders of the year videos. I honestly thought that the footage was in black and white at first until they scanned up away from field level.
