They sure were a better and much tougher opponent against Clemson than Ohio State was. What ever happened with this guy. I seem to remember there was a high likelihood he was the mystery QB in question, and a good chance of a transfer to Ohio. I FACTUALLY pointed out 2 losses this year were to top 20 teams (and Troy played Clemson to a 6 point loss) and the losses were all single digits with a 9 pointer being the worst. The infamous tweets all happened on December 24. The deal with Rourke wrapped up a week and a half prior to that. It's gotta be about something else. So Morris and Zaire are out, then. We can piece together more clues. If it were Rourke the tweets would have mentioned his name (no reason to be cagey about a guy who has already signed). We also know it's got to be a big name to merit "Christmas came early." Plus, it must be a current junior or senior to make the grad transfer possible. Finally, since it hasn't been made public already, it's likely the QB's team is still playing. Put all that together and...it can only be Deshaun Watson. When you've eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.
