Week 2 point spreads

This is the week I dubbed "P5 Slayer weekend". It's time for the MAC to take some P5 down. There are 4 games where the MAC is a slight underdog with a point spread of a TD or less, and 4 real longshots. The MAC should get at least 2 of these, hopefully more.

CMU at Purdue -3
NIU at Northwestern -5
Missouri -5.5 at Toledo
Ohio at Kentucky -7
Akron at Penn State -16
Ball State at Iowa -16
Colorado -17 at U.Mass
EMU at Florida -38

E. Ky at Miami (Oh) No line

and over at wildcatnation.net they are already saying they are going to blow us out by at least 25. I hope we got our off day out of the way because it is going to be so much fun being down there when we shut them up.

I like CMU to win. WMU stayed within 9 of Purdue last week, and I think CMU is a much better team.
