Also sounded like they are really considering holding one to the end if there is someone that they are targeting. Sounds accurate as he is in the final year of his contract. When they don't get them, then domino's seem to fall and MAC/mid-major commits and signings start happening. I don't have any data to show when spring signings have actually occurred in recent years, but that's how it seems to me. The other issue is how close to the vest this coaching staff tries to keep things. Seems like we don't know about an offer until the last minute most of the time.
