Securing a commitment from Roderick would be a huge step in the rebuilding effort. Roderick and McDay could easily be 2/3rds of the backcourt for a MAC championship caliber team, after a year or two of seasoning. And I don't feel too bad about year 1 with a rotation of McDay, Roderick, Dartis and Preston.
