I think we view him as a SF. For his height, he has some weight on him, but it doesn't limit his movement of vertical.

Nice dunk

That is good thinking. The two key positions in football are d-line and TE. We desperately need some TE's. I'd love to run that 2 TE offense where both studs could block and catch it.

From what I have seen online, this kid is the most dominant player in the Kentucky 2016 class. He is too big and strong for anyone to guard him.

A Jimmy Graham-type guy would be nice.

The kid who got dunked on commented on the video. He said (I think, it's really bad grammar) it was a charge. The dude posterized you son!

and Beastier on this longer vid........

Looks like he could make up for a few inches less than ideal height with a bit of extra ass muscle and BBIQ. Looks to have a good touch on the shot as well.

Carson was named Kentucky's 8th Region Player of the Year, according to the Courier Journal.

http://www.courier-journal.com/story/sports/preps/kentuck.../

Also, looks like his team won their tournament game recently, and Carson scored 24 points and had 19 boards in the win.

According to this Twitter account, he has an offer from Miami also. If we don't end up getting him, I would rather he not go to Miami.

Oklahoma State offered earlier this month.

Really hope Saul getting in early on him brings him to Athens. This kid is good.

Eyebrows went way up. This is an aggressive, athletic prospect. If he were black, I would have thought I just watched the Jerome Tillman highlight video.

Wow. Some of the dunks in there were as powerful as I have seen from a high school player. He has some crazy leaping ability for as big as he is.

I like the Tillman comparison.

Probably even more athletic than Jerome. Very impressive.

Speechless. Those are some Gary Trent type power moves and dunks.

WHOA indeed. Definitely got a good one there. Shame, I was just watching his highlight video and thinking how much I wanted this guy in Athens.

I see that former Butler guard Ronald Nored is on the coaching staff. Certainly trying to turn that program into a winning culture.

The new coaching staff at NKU is on fire. 5 verbals to its 2016 recruiting class in August. Two Kentucky kids, two Ohio players (Dantez Walton from Lima Central Catholic and Jalen Tate from Pickerington Central) and a PG from Missouri.

This school has had a winning culture for a long time in Div. II. There have been down times in the transition to Div I, but overall the trajectory has been in a positive direction. Many were surprised that they fired their long time head coach last year.

This program has the institutional committment, the facilities, and the geographic location going for them.
