I know Ohio's bowl talk is what's hot right now, but the volleyball account Tweeted this interview with Deane.

I liked 3 things in particular:

1) His references to the past and the foundation that was laid
2) His praise for every kid on the team
3) His realistic assessment of what the future holds

and I guess a fourth, he spared us a bunch of coach speak which I truly appreciate.
