It just doesn't square. As long as the GOP insists on denying the existence of basic scientific knowledge it will continue to have trouble recruiting voters who work in academia. Mrs. Clinton said 39 times she "couldn't recall" to some pretty important issues. She blamed this on a concussion and "blood clot in her head". Kind of like "the dog ate my homework". I recall when the concussion issue was raised, her people said there were no "lasting affects".memory loss would seem to be a "lasting affect" You can't have it both ways. Its also odd that the F.B.I. apparently didn't explore the extent of her memory loss with follow up questions. Mrs.Clinton also had said she did what she did so she could use one device. Now it turns out she had 13 devices and all but 2 have vanished. Whether or not these latest revelations, which just happened to be released at the start of a holiday weekend,will resonate with the public remains to be seen.
