Look at what they are adding to their roster for next season.

http://www.wbko.com/content/sports/UVA-transfer-Thompson-...

Thompson would join November signees Mitchell Robinson, Josh Anderson and Taveion Hollingsworth, spring signees Jordan Brangers and Jake Ohmer and recent commits Marek Nelson and Chris Duarte. Buffalo transfer Lamonte Bearden, Austin Peay transfer Jared Savage, Northwest Florida State transfer Moustpaha Diagne and freshman enrollee Robinson Idehen will also be a part of the team, as well as walk-on Miles Weber.

Robinson will be a 1-&-done

This will be a great early test for our young guys. I really do think we have the experience to hang with Western and who knows, transfers galore can sometimes lead to a lack of teamwork and chaotic play early in the year. If Tone returns I think we can win. If he doesn't return I think it will be a great experience for Kirk, Vander Plas, Gareri and Butler along with Mickle who physically looks like he can bang with a highly-touted freshman center.

Hilltoppers need to enjoy the next few years. Stansbury will not be there for long.

Can somebody hit a pull up jumper for me?.....

Especially with the team 152 miles away from them always over the salary cap.

Not to be "Captain Obvious" here, but how can you circle it when the schedule is not out and won't be for a long time?

Not so sure. This may have been a potential Solich-type hire for WKU. He saw the Big Time at Mississippi State and may just want to settle down in a less high-pressure environment now. I believe he's about 57. Solich was around 60 when OHIO hired him. So, who knows, but I think it's a situation in which one cannot assume he's ready to go back to a P6 conference. As always, time will tell.
