Remember how Reagan defeated the USSR without firing a shot? He forced them to spend themselves into bankruptcy. Now, in this case the P5 doing it among themselves -- all on their own. This "arms race" is not sustainable and I predict within a decade you'll see it all fall apart like the old USSR.

I really like the cold war analogy.

Some crazy numbers in there. Sorting that on the subsidy is an eye opener. OU ends up in the middle of the road on subsidy.

Eventually, the MAC has to look at the Big Sky and wonder why they aren't doing the same thing. No? (Or some governor/state rep has to.)
