"The other night I wrote in my thankfulness journal that I was thankful for Jaaron Simmons' court vision, Jaaron Simmons' toughness,” Ohio coach Saul Phillips said. “Recently, I went through a whole list of things that I love about Jaaron. Great programs have great point guards. We have a great point guard I'd pay to watch him play. I don't have to; actually, they pay me to watch him play. It's a heck of a deal. He is the quintessential leader. If you're in a tough spot, you want Jaaron on your side."

Just love watching this guy play. After two brutal years at the point, we finally have a guy who can drive and dish and wants the ball in his hands in the last 4 minutes. He has a serious chance at being one of the all-time greats to wear the green and white. How much fun is it going to be to watch Simmons play for 2+more years?

I like to think Bobby Knight started a thankfulness journal in 1972 and is still waiting for something to write.
