never argue with idiots, they bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Winter comes and asks how you spent your summer.....

This isn't a waste of gray matter. Sorry to tell you this but two of our top three players next year are transfers and with Chandler gone I believe we have another scholly. I would not be against a graduate transfer with experience or a youngster who has to sit out a year to learn. But Simmons and Kaminski are transfers so don't dismiss this list.

A name to keep an eye out for: Ryan Badowski. Could be a MAC addition.

Earned Big South All-Freshman team honors.

We are at the 13 scholarship limit. To add another, we would need yet another current player or verbal commit to go elsewhere.

Anthony Collins - USF

He hasn't really progressed to the player I thought he would become after seeing him in our win against them to reach the Sweet 16.

If Mompremier is gone as some have suggested and Thomas is not on scholarship next year, then there is an open scholarship available. Once again, I wouldn't use it on just anyone just because it's open, but a transfer could be a good idea.

Hmmm. Interesting. If that's the case, someone changed their mind.

Even if we have no scholarships, the list is interesting for any MAC fan. Plenty of MAC names on the list and several intriguing possibilities for players who might land in the league.

I've speculated that it would not SURPRISE me about Wadley. Is there a reason to believe he actually is interested in transferring?

I think people are assuming that because he rarely played this year he is transferring, but after all the news came out about his health and losing a bunch of weight I think that had more to do with his lack of playing time than anything else.

I agree, and I hope he stays. He could be the best rim protector that we have. He still has tons of potential. Hopefully a full off season in the system, along with the weight room will really move him to another level.

He did get some minutes early in the year and, if I recall correctly, a start or two. But, late in the year for whatever reason he was not to be seen on the court.

Every news article should close with "Guess we'll have to see how it plays out."

Agreed, I'd love to see him stick around and see what he can do when healthy. We don't have that many big post guys right now, so even just keeping him around as a bench guy to add some rebounding and shot blocking would be good, in my opinion.

I'm not sure about Jake Showalter, but I sure would take his brother Zak. He's looked pretty explosive in small minutes for Wisconsin.
