Never seen a kid progress to the extent he did over 4 years. Danny Nee once said the biggest mistake he ever made was not redshirting Jon. I think he only played 2 years of competitive ball before coming here. I always considered JD a center but he could post up just beyond the free throw line not quite at the top of the key and had a deadly shot he hit for a high percentage. Yep, he was a 6'9" wide receiver.
