However, don't let the facts get in the way of a good story. He hurt his leg at some point and hobbled around the rest of his career at CSU. He was not their all time leading scorer, not even close to it. He did the best he could and played, but was a shadow of his former self. Arkley's column about the Bobcats getting Kenny Kaminski mentions that Crute is not enrolled and no longer on the roster.  I think that pretty much tells you all you need to know.
