After Smart was drafted by Celtics, ESPN showed graphic of the 4 players in the last 15 years that had 1,000 points, 250 assists, and 150 steals combined during their freshmen and sophomore years: Smart, Cooper, Tim Smith (ETSU) and Jay Williams.

Noticed that.

Also, vaguely related: If Jeremy Fears had stayed at Ohio and committed himself to developing, he could have been Elfrid Payton. The video of Payton reminds me a lot of Fears, and that's the sort of potential he had. It's a shame nobody managed to harness it.
