Maybe he will be graduating and doing the same thing that Kane did?  You can't really blame the guy.  Kane went to ISU and now he has a shot to get drafted or at least get a look...

This was brewing before JC left...

Was it brewing because of unhappiness/friction with JC or because of his hopes for bigger & better things?

I am not sure on that.  My source didn't mention Iowa St.  From him it sounded like the move may be overseas.

From the outside it seemed like he had a good relationship with his teammates.  He recently posted a photo playing soccer on the intramural fields and had a nice exchange with Nick...but again that may mean nothing.

Gotcha. Wasn't sure where the line was drawn and now it seems people are able to cite text messages from sources, which is all good.

IF N'Dour does transfer, what kind of effect does that have on Morillo?

This does seem odd to transfer with only a year left to play, but yes not unheard of.

If we are to believe some of the chatter about players not happy with JC, now that he is gone is there a chance Mo stays?

Would be a great move for Ndour to move up at this point. I'm sure him and Antonio Campbell are getting calls thats the nature of the business.

So this is what it feels like to be a Kentucky fan.  Wouldn't blame Mo for putting in a solid one and done.  What would the season have looked like without him?

The difference being Kentucky fans expect recruits to leave after a year and are surprised when they don't.

Right now we just need to find a new coach, take an inventory of our remaining player/recruits, and move forward.
We have a strong program that will continue to be the class of the MAC.

Hey?  Would it be possible for Frank to coach our basketball team too?

I was a little supprised by this topic because I hadn't heard this . My son goes to OU and see's Maurice from time to time and he will usually keeps me up to speed on the rumor mill and he hasn't heard anything . Maurice hasn't mentioned anything on his twitter account and the only thing I could find on the web that mentions him possibly going to another school was on a Iowa State message board as a possible transfer candidate post number #710 on link below . Not saying he isn't just saying not a lot of chatter about it anywhere else but on this site .
I meet Maurice at walmart in Athens the week after he arrived on campus last summer . It was 6 am and he was doing inventory in health and beauty . The store wasn't crowded and I knew it was him from the tape I had watched of his Monroe days. I introduced myself as a fan and wished him luck and he shook my hand and thanked me . Seemed like a good kid and I wish him luck wherever he is at .

As another astute poster said:

Say it ain't so, Mo!

This whole thread makes my head hurt.  N'dour had quickly become one of my favorite Ohio basketball players of all time.

Remember all the threads about Cooper and Walt transferring? N'Dour may very well go, but I think he'd be wise to at least wait until the new guy comes in.

I agree, which is why I was wondering about the sources of this rumor.

Yah, I didn't have time to look at all the details earlier. There is a 40 page thread on the Iowa State message board, and barely even a mention of Ndour. I expected to see more. Sounds like a rumor at this point.

Maybe LuckySparrow is getting confused with Mitch Morsillo one of Monroe's favorite "Roadgrader Fullbacks" from the 2005 Freshman football class.
