Rivals.com is reporting a verbal commitment from Monte Vista (Danville, CA) High School offensive guard Jacob Welter. The 6-5, 291-pounder has a 3-star rating from Rivals and becomes the sixth player to verbally commit to Ohio's 2011 recruiting class.
